Britannia Mine Museum
This old copper mine ran from 1904 to 1974 and was once the largest of its kind in the British Empire.
I didn’t expect to be that into a mine museum, but the underground train ride and the BOOM! Show were actually awesome. I could feel the damp rock and imagine the lives that were shaped in those tunnels.
Kids and adults will both be into it, I promise.
