Of all the things to do on BC day, this might be the furthest – but th​is 112-year farm blowout started as a simple barn meet and ballooned into a 150,000-rider thrill machine that never quits.

Midway dust kicks up wild under those flashing bulbs, cows nuzzle into hay-scented barns all cozy, and wrestlers body-slam the mats to gut-busting cheers from the crowd.

Ride addicts and farm-raised kids totally lose it in the frenzy; I’ve nailed the ring toss here more times than I can count, hauling home giant bears for my niece’s endless hugs.
