When Does Grouse Mountain Ski Season End?
In short, Grouse Mountain ski season varies year to year depending on snowfall.
So how are we supposed to know when Grouse Mountain mountain closes?
Well, a quick glance into the past should give us a hint.
A look at the Grouse Mountain closing dates over the last five years gives us a great idea:
- 2022 – May 1st
- 2021 – May 15th
- 2020 – March 16th (early closure due to COVID-19)
- 2019 – May 2nd
- 2018 – April 22nd
As you can see, most years Grouse Mountain closes for skiing towards the end of April or early May.
This is about the same for all Vancouver’s best ski resorts.
One final thing: especially during peak Vancouver winter you’ll need to buy your Grouse Mountain ski lift tickets in advance to avoid huge delays on the gondola going up the mountain.
Just select your date using the calender above and lock it in. As somebody who has stood in the thirty minute line just to get a ticket, I’m telling you this is a wise move.
